Abstract

This article is devoted to the issues of improving the mechanisms of organization of management processes in enterprises. Creating an effective management system in enterprises is an important factor for ensuring competitive advantage in modern market conditions. The article examines important areas such as strategic planning, use of information technology, decision-making systems, resource management, and employee development. These mechanisms enable effective organization and continuous improvement of management processes in enterprises.
