Abstract

 This goal can be achieved only if the training of future teachers for innovative approach to the educational process is organized. All work on professional orientation, selection and training of qualified personnel - one and the same - are carried out in close interrelation with each other and each of these activities - training of future teachers to organize the educational process on the basis of skillful new pedagogical technology will contribute to the achievement of a specific goal as a whole system, its effectiveness will meet the requirements and will be easy to control.
