Abstract

This article examines the influence of sprouted flax seeds on the body's reactivity, biochemical composition, benefits and harms of flax seed. As well as the percentage of fatty acids in flaxseed oil is compared with its content in other vegetable oils. The question of the possibility of using flax seeds for food and the content of cyanogenic glycosides in them is considered.
