IMPLEMENTING THE CASE-METHOD IN COMMUNICATIVE-ORIENTED FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING

The authors of the article examine the case-method as an effective approach for communicative-oriented foreign language instruction. They provide practical recommendations and examples for implementing the case-method in foreign language lessons, specifically focusing on English. Additionally, the article highlights the benefits of using this method to enhance students’ language skills through real-world scenarios, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and active participation in classroom discussions. The authors also discuss how the case-method can be adapted to different proficiency levels and integrated with other teaching techniques to create a more dynamic and interactive learning environment.
