Abstract

The article discusses the issues of conducting a management analysis of the volume of product sales in grain processing enterprises, including the influence of external and internal factors, variable and fixed costs, marginal revenue, break-even point, financial stability reserve indicators, and considers the possibilities of using CVP analysis.
