Abstract

This article explores the role of proper nutrition in strengthening immunity in primary school children. The author addresses the importance of proper nutrition at this age, when children's organisms are in the stage of active growth and development. The article discusses ways how proper nutrition can help strengthen the immune system in children, including the intake of nutrients, proteins, healthy fats, sugar restriction, hydration and regular meals. The author emphasizes the importance of combining proper nutrition with a healthy lifestyle to maintain immunity and overall health of primary school children. The recommendations of this article can be useful for parents, educators and healthcare professionals seeking to provide children with optimal conditions for strengthening immunity and maintaining health.
