Economists and decision-makers frequently disagree on the connection between inflation, income inequality, and economic growth. This essay examines the intricate and frequently disregarded connection between inflation and economic inequality. It explores how inflationary pressures can be made worse by economic disparity, emphasising how poor communities are disproportionately affected by inflation. The scientific article also addresses the possible feedback loop that could exist between inflation and rising inequality, highlighting the necessity of implementing legislative changes to solve both problems.
