This study explores the therapeutic potential of traditional Ayurvedic interventions, specifically Bharangyadi Avaleha and Vamana therapy, in managing Tamak Shwasa, a chronic respiratory disorder. Tamak Shwasa, characterized by recurrent breathlessness and wheezing, poses significant challenges to patients' quality of life. Through an in-depth investigation, this research examines the impact of Bharangyadi Avaleha, an herbal formulation, and Vamana therapy, a detoxification procedure, on the symptoms and progression of Tamak Shwasa. By analyzing clinical outcomes and patient experiences, the study provides insights into the efficacy and holistic benefits of these traditional therapies. The findings offer valuable contributions to the field of alternative medicine and respiratory health management.
