This study delves into the potential of yoga as a tool for managing stress among professional working women. By examining the experiences of women who have incorporated yoga into their routines, this research sheds light on the impact of yoga practice on stress reduction, mental well-being, and work-life balance. Through qualitative analysis, the study uncovers the mechanisms by which yoga contributes to harmonizing the stressors faced by professional women.
