By considering the interplay between infrastructure, access, policies, and socio-cultural contexts, the study paints a comprehensive picture of India's evolving information landscape. Through a blend of qualitative and quantitative analyses, this research enhances our understanding of the impacts of digital connectivity on diverse communities, highlighting both opportunities and disparities.
