SYCHOLOGICAL PECULIARITIES OF EDUCATIONAL MOTIVATION IN CADETS OF THE ACADEMY OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS

this article examines the psychological peculiarities of educational motivation in cadets of the higher education system of the Ministry of internal affairs. The results obtained in the study of educational motivation make it possible to carry out psychological work on the basis of an individual approach with cadets and achieve positive results in the educational process. If, having studied the educational motivation of cadets, each individual is not approached individually, then failures occur in the educational process.
