Abstract

This thesis looks into how contemporary strategies are actually put to use and how they affect the development of efficient management procedures in businesses. The study focuses on important modern strategies like employee empowerment, digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, agile management techniques, strategic alliances, sustainability projects, and continuous improvement. The thesis seeks to shed light on how these tactics are applied in order to show how they support competitiveness, innovation, and organizational success in the modern corporate environment
