Abstract

Sleep plays a crucial role in cognitive functioning, especially among students of different age groups. This article examines how sleep patterns affect memory, attention, and academic performance in children, adolescents, and university students. Based on recent studies, both sleep duration and sleep quality significantly influence cognitive outcomes. The findings highlight the importance of maintaining optimal sleep habits to enhance learning efficiency and academic success.
