Cardiovascular diseases remain the leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide, with arterial hypertension being one of the major modifiable risk factors for ischemic heart disease. In recent years, increasing attention has been paid to subclinical myocardial injury, which precedes the clinical manifestation of coronary pathology. Immunoinflammatory mechanisms, including cytokine imbalance, complement activation, and myocardial remodeling, play a key role in these processes; however, their prognostic significance remains insufficiently studied.
