This article analyzes the role and significance of modern digital technologies in sport psychology. It examines how mobile applications, virtual reality (VR) training, and biofeedback technologies are being utilized to enhance athletes’ mental preparedness, their effectiveness, and future prospects. Research findings demonstrate that the integration of digital technologies into sport psychology significantly improves athletes’ attention concentration, stress management, and motivation levels.References
