Abstract

This article discusses the issue of developing the leadership skills of teachers in the educational process from a scientific and pedagogical point of view. It is substantiated that in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of education, the teacher should act not only as a teacher, but also as a leader. It is emphasized that leadership skills are formed through the initiative, communicative skills, social and emotional intelligence and team management skills of the teacher.
