In Uzbekistan, the role of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in delivering social services, advocating for vulnerable communities, and supporting inclusive development is steadily growing. However, persistent financial constraints remain a significant barrier to their sustainability. This paper explores the potential of public-private synergies in enhancing NGO financing, identifies key policy gaps that hinder such collaborations, and offers strategic recommendations to create a more enabling environment for cross-sector partnerships. Drawing from international models and the current Uzbek context, the study highlights the transformative potential of structured cooperation between NGOs, government entities, and private sector actors.
