This scientific article has an informative and analytical nature. In the article, the author analyzes and reveals aspects of administrative law, the administrative act of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The article also describes the importance of administrative procedures, the history of the development of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Administrative Procedures" (hereinafter - LAP / Law), the structure of the LAP of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the principles of administrative procedures.
