Keywords:

The thesis studies modern approaches to individualization and pedagogical control of physical loads in the context of health-improving physical education. The goal is to systematize and evaluate methods that provide optimal loading based on individual characteristics, thereby increasing the effectiveness and safety of training. The study is based on an analysis of scientific literature, pedagogical monitoring methods, and modern technologies used in physical education. The results confirm that the combination of individual planning and continuous pedagogical control leads to improved health outcomes and motivation for physical activity.
