This review analyzes how cloud platforms impact various aspects of language instruction, including collaborative learning, personalized feedback, resource accessibility, and teacher professional development. Findings suggest that cloud-based platforms offer significant advantages for both teachers and learners, fostering interactive and engaging learning environments. However, successful implementation requires careful consideration of pedagogical design, equitable access, and data privacy concerns. This review concludes by highlighting the potential of cloud-based platforms to revolutionize language education and offering recommendations for future research and practical application.
