Abstract

The article considers the implementation of Smart Grid technology in combined heat and power plants (CHP) to improve the energy efficiency of industrial power systems. The key principles of smart grid operation, their integration into the CHP infrastructure, the main advantages and technical challenges of digitalization are analyzed.
