Abstract

This article analyzes the role of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) systems in industrial automation and their impact on production efficiency. PLC systems provide the opportunity to automate production processes, enhance productivity, and reduce errors. The study demonstrates the influence of PLC systems on manufacturing processes, their integration with SCADA systems, the importance of communication between systems, and their ability to improve energy efficiency. By using PLC systems, it is possible to optimize production processes, improve product quality, and reduce operational costs. The research highlights the changes in the PLC programming process and the success of system integration, which contribute to enhancing the efficiency of industrial processes.
