The pre-exilic preparation of children born with congenital cleft palate is a critical aspect of ensuring proper development, rehabilitation, and integration into society. This article focuses on the unique aspects of such preparation in the Andijan region, a key area in Uzbekistan. Through an in-depth review of existing literature, analysis of regional practices, and the impact of local healthcare and social systems, this study highlights the approaches that facilitate the well-being of children with cleft palate prior to surgery and post-surgical rehabilitation. By examining both medical and psychological aspects of preparation, the study emphasizes the importance of comprehensive care in the early stages of a child's life.
