Annotation. In the context of rapid digital transformation, economic security has become a critical issue for both developed and developing economies. The expansion of digital technologies, electronic commerce, financial technologies, and data-driven systems has created new opportunities for economic growth while simultaneously introducing new risks and vulnerabilities. This study examines the main directions for managing economic security in the digital economy era, focusing on the identification of key threats, risk management strategies, and policy measures aimed at ensuring stable economic development. The paper analyzes how digitalization affects financial stability, cybersecurity, labor markets, and national economic resilience.
