This study examines the importance of strategic management in business management by analyzing its key functions, including strategic planning, decision-making, resource allocation, and performance evaluation. In an era characterized by globalization, technological advancement, and increasing market competition, organizations must develop effective strategies to achieve sustainable growth and maintain competitive advantage. The paper explores how strategic management helps businesses identify opportunities and threats in the external environment while effectively utilizing internal strengths and minimizing weaknesses. The findings indicate that organizations that implement well-structured strategic management practices are more likely to achieve higher efficiency, adaptability, and long-term profitability. The study concludes that strategic management is an essential tool for guiding organizational direction, improving decision-making processes, and ensuring sustainable business development.
