The article analyzes the impact of the quality management system (QMS) on the competitiveness of enterprises in modern market conditions. It examines how the implementation of quality standards and continuous improvement processes contributes to enhancing product and service quality, increasing customer satisfaction, and strengthening market position. The study also explores the role of international quality standards, efficient process management, and employee involvement in ensuring organizational effectiveness. Special attention is given to the relationship between quality management practices and key competitive factors such as cost efficiency, innovation, and brand reputation. Based on the analysis, conclusions are drawn regarding the strategic importance of quality management systems in improving enterprise performance and achieving sustainable competitive advantage.
