Abstract

 This article examines the main directions of regulating international credit relations in the context of the modern global financial system. The study analyzes the role of international financial institutions, commercial banks, and government agencies in ensuring the stability and efficiency of international lending activities. Particular attention is paid to the legal, economic, and institutional mechanisms used in regulating cross-border credit operations. The article also discusses the impact of globalization, financial risks, and digital transformation on international credit relations. Based on the analysis, recommendations are proposed for improving international credit regulation and strengthening financial cooperation among countries.
