Abstract

This scientific article comprehensively analyzes the theoretical foundations, evolutionary development stages, and practical application of modern management based on a systematic approach. The study deeply examines the integration of strategic, operational, innovative, and human resource management, as well as their impact on organizational effectiveness. In addition, using the example of Uzbekistan’s economy, the article explores the transformation of the management system, the implementation of digital technologies, and the effectiveness of modern management methodologies such as agile, lean, and ERP systems. The research findings demonstrate that modern management approaches play a crucial role in enhancing organizational competitiveness, ensuring innovative development, and achieving sustainable economic growth.
