Abstract

The rapid development of digital technologies and innovative educational approaches has significantly transformed the modern educational system. In this context, the professional competence of teachers has become one of the most important factors ensuring the quality and effectiveness of education. This article investigates the importance of modern pedagogical technologies in shaping teachers’ professional competence. The study analyzes the theoretical foundations of pedagogical technologies, their role in improving teaching efficiency, and their influence on teachers’ methodological, communicative, digital, and creative competencies. The research employs qualitative analysis and comparative methods based on contemporary scientific literature and educational practices. The findings demonstrate that modern pedagogical technologies contribute to the development of independent thinking, pedagogical creativity, problem-solving abilities, and digital literacy among teachers. Furthermore, the article highlights the necessity of integrating innovative technologies into teacher training systems to improve educational outcomes and adapt to the demands of the digital era.
