Abstract

This thesis examines the nature, causes and consequences of professional burnout syndrome among teachers, analyzing its relationship with classroom teaching effectiveness and student academic achievement. Based on research findings, practical recommendations for preventing burnout and ensuring teacher well-being are provided.
