This study examines the impact of reducing social inequalities on improving the quality of life at the regional level. It develops an integrated approach based on socioeconomic, demographic, and infrastructure-related indicators to assess disparities in living conditions. The research highlights the role of state policy, social protection systems, and targeted interventions in minimizing inequality and promoting inclusive development. Regional differences in access to services, employment opportunities, and income distribution are analyzed to identify key problem areas. The findings indicate that reducing inequality significantly contributes to improving overall well-being and living standards, providing a basis for effective policy formulation and regional development strategies.
