Abstract

This thesis analyzes modern approaches to evaluating the efficiency of commercial banks. The study examines the assessment of banking performance based on key financial indicators, operational efficiency, capital adequacy, and credit portfolio quality. In addition, the main directions for improving the efficiency of commercial banks through the development of the banking system, enhancement of banking service quality, and the introduction of digital banking technologies are highlighted. The results of the study make it possible to develop scientific conclusions aimed at improving mechanisms for evaluating banking efficiency.
