Abstract

rn public administration. Theoretical foundations of PPP, its economic essence, and managerial features are examined. The influence of public-private partnerships on infrastructure development, the improvement of budget spending efficiency, and the stimulation of entrepreneurial activity is analyzed. Special attention is given to the institutional conditions necessary for forming sustainable partnerships between the state and the private sector. It is concluded that expanding the practice of PPP is necessary to ensure long-term socio-economic growth.
