MODERN APPROACHES TO TEACHING NATIVE AND FOREIGN LANGUAGES ​​AND ISSUES OF INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION

Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of modern approaches to teaching native and foreign languages ​​and issues of intercultural communication, as well as to familiarization with their methods. It can be seen that it includes and studies various approaches, methods, styles and principles in language learning. In this, it analyzes the approaches that are widespread in the practice of Uzbekistan, namely communicative, competency-based, CLIL, task-based, digital educational tools and inclusive methods. The article considers some of the reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan, namely, the retraining of foreign language teachers in school and higher education, the provision of quality education from foreign language teachers in specialized schools, and the role of national digital educational platforms.
