CLONAL PROPAGATION AND MORPHOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT OPTIMIZATION OF DROCOCEPHALUM IN VITRO USING PHYTOHORMONES

Drococephalum is widely used for pharmaceutical and ornamental purposes, making it important to provide a stable source of plant material in large quantities. This study investigated the efficiency of clonal propagation in vitro using different ratios of phytohormones, specifically cytokinins and auxins. Experimental results indicated that the optimal phytohormone ratio significantly enhances branching and rooting processes. Furthermore, the morphological effects of various phytohormone combinations on growth and development were analyzed. The obtained data serve as a scientific basis for developing in vitro propagation technologies for Drococephalum.
