Abstract

This article discusses the role and importance of the management system in hotel operations. The main functions of hotel management, service quality, effective organization of staff activities and the use of modern management methods are analyzed. Attention is also paid to important aspects of management in increasing guest satisfaction and ensuring the competitiveness of the hotel.
