The article examines the pedagogical potential of studying the Italian Renaissance as an effective means of developing students’ artistic and historical thinking. It analyzes the substantive value of the era’s artistic and intellectual achievements, as well as their methodological significance for the modern educational process. Particular attention is given to the integration of humanistic ideas, aesthetic principles, and the cultural-historical contexts of the Italian Renaissance into instructional modules on art history and world culture.
