Abstract

innovation processes have become essential for progress across industries and sectors. This article examines the main directions of innovation process development, drawing from contemporary literature and providing real-world examples. Focused attention is given to digitalization, open innovation, sustainability, and collaborative ecosystems as the cornerstones of modern innovation strategy. The discussion not only presents theoretical frameworks but also illustrates how these concepts are being implemented globally.
