TYPES OF PROTECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION IN CYBERCRIME INVESTIGATIONS

This thesis covers the legal, organizational and technical aspects of personal data protection in the process of investigating cybercrimes. The study analyzes practical mechanisms for ensuring information security in the collection, storage, processing and use of personal data during investigative activities. Also, proposals and recommendations are put forward to improve the personal data protection system based on the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and international experience.
