Abstract

This article focuses on the formation of correct writing skills in students. The purpose of the study is that in today's era of globalization, the number of spelling errors in students' written speech is increasing. This situation is primarily due to the lack of systematic study of spelling rules in the educational process, the insufficient use of exercises and practical tasks. Therefore, the formation of correct writing skills in students is one of the most important tasks of education. This article analyzes methodological approaches that are effective in the development of the culture of correct writing and their practical application is justified.
As a methodology, explanation and application method was chosen and its effect on spelling literacy of students was analyzed on the basis of experience. According to the study, spelling errors of students decreased, and the quality of written speech was formed clearly and logically consistent.
