Abstract

Globalization has significantly transformed the world, creating both challenges and opportunities for young people. It has opened access to education, technology, and intercultural communication, yet it has also brought issues such as identity loss, unemployment, and cultural homogenization. This paper explores the dual nature of globalization and its impact on youth development. It highlights how young people can use global trends to promote innovation, education, and cultural dialogue while preserving their national identity and values.
