TYPES OF FOOD PRODUCTS OBTAINED FROM CEREALS AND THEIR IMPORTANCE

Cereal crops with spikes occupy an integral place in the human food system. Among them, crops such as wheat, rye, barley and triticale are the most cultivated and widely used. This article analyzed on a scientific basis the types of basic food products obtained from Bush grain crops, their nutritional composition, processing technologies and health effects. The economic and social importance of products was also considered. The results of the study shed light on the place of legumes in ensuring food safety and show the possibilities of their more efficient production.
