Abstract

Ushbu tezisda homiladorlik davrida omega-3 yog‘ kislotalari iste’molining bolaning aqliy va jismoniy rivojlanishiga ta’siri turli xil  tadqiqotlar asosida tahlil qilindi. Olib borilgan tadqiqotlar omega-3 moddalarining miya rivojlanishi, IQ darajasi, til va motor ko‘nikmalarining shakllanishi, hamda aqliy va jismoniy rivojlanishdan orqada qolish xavfini kamaytirishda muhim o‘rin tutishini kòrsatadi.. Shu bilan birga, ba’zi tadqiqotlarda omega-3 qo‘shimchalari har doim ham kutilgan natijani bermasligi va ba’zi bolalarda rivojlanish normal holatda davom etishi genetik omillar bilan bog‘liq ekani ta’kidlangan.
