Abstract
This thesis delves into critical aspects concerning the autonomy and independence of advocates within the legal framework of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Against the backdrop of evolving socio-legal dynamics, the study scrutinizes the challenges and opportunities faced by advocates in upholding their professional independence.
