Abstract

This article covers issues of increasing economic efficiency in the organization of construction. In the field of construction, the concept of efficiency, the factors affecting IT, assessment indicators and modern management methods have been analyzed. The author reasoned that in the construction process, it is possible to increase efficiency through the rational use of resources, the introduction of innovative technologies and the accurate compilation of estimates in stages from design to Final use.
